The Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL) partnered with SGNL in 2021 and 2022 to gather input from diverse stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) about gaps in state, tribal, local, and territorial (STLT) PHEPR practice evidence. The first year focused on Public Health Incident Management and Community Resilience, while the second year focused on public health information management, public health incident management, and community resilience, as well as key public health laboratory capacity and capability gaps for CBRN hazards and other emerging threats. SGNL implemented an information-gathering processes, which including interviews and workshops, to inform understanding of these topics within the CDC CPR's science agenda framework.
